What is this?

You are solving a series of puzzles to complete the ultimate mission of the room you are in. It’s an immersive team experience like no other, unless of you course you have tried one of our other rooms.

I need to reschedule my reservation!

Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund with more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with 4-47 hours’ notice of the reservation date and time will be charged a $10/pp administrative fee. There are no refunds or credits for cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice.

How many people can play at once?

You can have up to 8 players in each room.

Do I need a reservation?

We recommend making the reservation for the number you’re confident will attend and then add players when you arrive. For example, if you know your family of four will attend but are unsure of your daughter’s two friends, then make then reservation for 4 rather than 6. You can have up to 8 players in each room.

How much does it cost?

Our fee is the same for any player and all games. $39.95 per person.

Do any of your rooms require physical activity or heavy lifting?

You will not need to climb or lift anything that weighs more than a pound, however, some of our rooms may have tight spaces or portions where you may need to crawl.

How long do I have to complete the game?

You have 60 minutes from the time your reservation is scheduled to begin to complete your mission.

Do I have to arrive in advance?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time for check-in. This will ensure you have the full 60 minutes available for your play time.

Are there any age restrictions for participants?

Players of any age are welcome. Players under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The fee is $39.95 per person for any person entering the escape room regardless of age.

I missed my scheduled time. Now what?

Go ahead and book another time to come in. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or changes with less than 4 hours notice.

Are players locked in the room?

You are never locked in the room. The door to your room is only shut for your privacy. If you ever need to exit prior to completing your mission or your time has expired, you can leave at any time.

Tips for People With Anxiety

1. You’re Surrounded By Friends
Escape games are not an individual activity. They’re designed to be team-building games, with everyone supporting their teammates. There’s no pressure to solve the game yourself or prove you’re smarter than anyone. Remember, you’re in the room with friends, not strangers, and they have your best interests at heart while caring about your comfort level.

2. The Room Isn’t Locked
A lot of fear around escape rooms is that you are locked in, which can cause feelings of claustrophobia and magnify anxiety. But you’re never actually stuck in any room. The safety and comfort of participants is always the first concern of organizers, so if you find yourself having an anxiety or panic attack, you can leave without ruining anyone’s fun and they can continue to play.

3. You Won’t Have Time to Worry
Escape games are fast-paced and require lots of focus. There isn’t a lot of time to stand around, and many people with mild anxiety find that constant activity helps distract them. After all, you only have an hour, and it’s important to start searching for clues immediately. Not only is this need for action a great team-building stimulus, but it also means that everyone else is focused too, so you don’t have to feel like everyone is watching you. The only thing that matters is completing your mission together.
